The holiday dinners are racking up around the Bay Area, with high-profile chefs teaming up to create over-the-top experiences for discerning diners. For the first time, Chris Cosentino is getting in on the fun with a dinner series at his St. Helena restaurant Acacia House called the Feast of the Seven Cultures
It’s taking place over a week, featuring six guest chefs, each of whom will feature a menu from the country they represent including Mexico, France, Portugal, Germany, Spain, Italy, and California. Expect dishes like abalone aguachile, avocado, tostaditos from Traci Des Jardins, and Liberty Farm duck â l’orange from French master Roland Passot.
Tickets to the dinner come with the luxurious price of $190 (excluding tax and tip), with a portion of the proceeds going to Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund. The five-course dinners will take place December 18th through December 24th.
