Dinner dream team Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina have finalized their globe-trotting barbecue menu for International Smoke, due to open Monday, November 13. Curry, Mina, and co. gave International Smoke a dry run as a pop-up tasting menu at MINA Test Kitchen last year, after which the restaurateur saw fit to convert his RN74 space to the cause permanently. Not the types to wait around, they’re already plotting an expansion to Houston.

One well-loved aspect of RN74 located in the base of the Millennium tower, will make the transition to the new restaurant: Mina’s RN74 burger, which is on the International Smoke menu. From there, it’s off to Vietnam for Wagyu shaking beef, Hawaii for Kalua Instant Bacon, and China for char siu quail. The whole, global survey of nap-inducing meats (and some lighter “greens and grains”) is below.
