Manresa Takes The Show on The Road with Residencies in France

To celebrate its 15th Anniversary, chef David Kinch is headed to Marseille, Paris, and Nice

A part of its 15-year anniversary celebration, Manresa is going on vacation, sort of, temporarily relocating from Los Gatos, California to France in a partnership with Relais & Châteaux. Last spring, the three-Michelin star restaurant was inducted into the Relais & Châteaux property club, and now chef/owner David Kinch is taking his relationship with the fine hotels and restaurants guide to the next level, collaborating on the roaming dinner series.

Celebrating the restaurant’s birthday earlier this summer and rolling out a new logo, Kinch hinted that a “road show” might be in the works. The details: Starting in late September, he and his team will head to Paris to cook collaboration meals at the two-Michelin star Le Taillevent, then to Provence and two-Michelin star L’Oustau de Baumanière, and finally to Marseille and the three-Michelin star Le Petit Nice. During the time abroad, the restaurant here in California will be closed.

Get ready to book those flights, because reservations are already available for the dinner at Le Tavaillevent on September 28 and 29th, and can also be made at the website for L’Oustau de Baumanière for the dinner on October 4 and by emailing Le Petit Nice for the dinner on October 6. Bon voyage!
