Literally sugar-coated, built-for-Instagram attraction Candytopia has announced that — surprise! — it’s extending its run in San Francisco after drawing sold-out crowds since its September launch.
If you’ve been meaning to jump onto a candy see-saw resembling the Golden Gate Bridge, or take a selfie in front of a candied version of the Mona Lisa, or swim laps in a faux-marshmallow pool, you now have an extra month to do so. Starting at noon today, tickets will be available for new time slots during the holiday season, from December 1, 2018 to January 6, 2019. Tickets cost $34 for adults and $26 for kids 4-12 (it’s free for children 3 and under). As with the rest of Candytopia’s tickets, prime weekend slots are expected to sell out quickly.
Beyond that, who knows? Maybe the 16,000-square-foot tooth ache will never have to end — after all, the once-temporary Museum of Ice Cream is now a permanent fixture.
