Anyone headed to a diner, drive-in, and/or dive in the Bay Area this weekend should be on high alert for food personality Guy Fieri. The celebrity is reportedly romping around the Bay Area, filming his famous TV show, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, and just generally cruising around, as cool guys do.
Keepin it local and checking out some new Bay Area #DDD spots this week

But there’s been a spot of confusion about Fieri, who splits his time between residences in Santa Rosa and Flavortown. He is not, thank you very much, driving some sort of Mustang.
I am POSITIVE I saw @GuyFieri walking outside of a restaurant in Oakland this morning near my bus stop. There was also a red mustang. Guy, if you’re reading this, just reply back YES if this was you! #guyfieri @FoodNetwork

So far, Fieri paid his respects at Scolari’s Good Eats in Alameda, a burger joint (at 1303 Park Street) that’s known for making burgers with blueberries and bleu cheese (but no donkey sauce).
Fieri was also spotted in Mill Valley, dining with musician Sammy Hagar at Hagar’s restaurant there, El Paseo. Little known fact about their relationship: Fieri andHagar are actually related, as Hagar reveals. They’re brothers from different mothers.
