Farmhouse Thai heading to Jack London Square

A new location of the popular Mission restaurant will open in Jack London Square, in the former location of Jack’s Oyster Bar (336 Water St.) No opening timeline has been reported, as the owners are still in early planning stages. It joins the growing number of visit-worthy restaurants on the water, including Dyafa, which opened last week.

B. Patisserie Seoul opens tomorrow

For San Franciscans heading to South Korea in the near future, it’s now possible to enjoy Belinda Leong’s addictive pastries in Seoul. The chef’s expansion opens tomorrow, April 21, with all the B. Patisserie goodies in tow, including Leong’s famous kouign amann and stuffed croissants.

Caviar has acquired catering platform Zesty

Caviar, the delivery company owned by Square, has now added Zesty to its fold to support its catering ambitions. The company plans to roll out tools for large scale corporate ordering and “white-glove catering,” so start Slacking with coworkers now about what to order for lunch.
