Top drop off destinations for 2018 (so far)
Uber and Lyft have released their drop-off data for the year so far, ranking the most popular bars and restaurants in SF (and a few in Oakland) for local riders. There’s plenty of overlap between the two platforms, and some arbitrary distinctions drawn between what’s a bar and what’s a restaurant (guys, Anina is a bar). Still, it’s interesting to note that Uber riders were more keen to visit The Cheesecake Factory than local Lyft riders.

What the Cluck opens in the Upper Haight
A new khao mun ghai stop with a “WTF?” name, What the Cluck, is open at 1782 Haight Street. It comes from a Bangkok native, and she’s offering it with an option for riceberry in lieu of traditional rice, a jasmine and black rice hybrid that’s a popular health food in Thailand.
