Manresa Bread, the dreamy bakery offshoot of David Kinch’s fine dining destination Manresa, will open a third location in Campbell this fall. Unlike the other bakeries in Los Gatos and Los Altos, Manresa Bread will evolve into an all-day cafe with the new, 2,100 square-foot location at 195 E. Campbell Avenue.

Partner and head baker Avery Ruzicka’s glorious house-milled sourdough breads will continue to star as toasts and sandwiches in addition to pastries in the mornings and small plates in the evenings, paired with beer, wine, cocktails, or coffee drinks from Santa Cruz’s Verve Coffee (a longtime collaborator with Manresa Bread). It will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Expect toasts to be topped with the likes of salted Valrhona chocolate spread or ‘ndjua and burrata, while sandwiches might hold melted cheese and onion jam. Grain bowls will be on offer, featuring puffed and cooked local grains, and dinner will see something known as “sourdough cacio e pepe.” It will all be enjoyed in a space highlighted by bright wood, colorful tiles, and geometric features, as designed by r.vH design studio and Eaton Hall Architecture. The location used to be La PanotiQ Bakery Cafe.
