Rap Snacks Slaps East Bay Legend E-40’s Face On Its New Instant Ramen

The brand’s featured artists like Cardi B and Migos on its snack roster

Rap Snacks

E-40, who just might be the most famous person to claim Vallejo as their own, is no stranger to the food business: He’s a proud investor in the Lumpia Company and is behind a line of tequila called E. Cuarenta. And now his face graces a new instant ramen from Rap Snacks, a brand that also features folks like Cardi B and Migos on its roster.

According to a tweet from the East Bay rapper perhaps best known for soundtrack standby “Choices (Yup)” or romantic duet “Sprinkle Me,” he’s the face of Icon Ramen Noodles’ Beef Prime Rib flavor. (Master P fronts the “Creamy Chicken Gumbo” flavor, while Boosie Badazz reps the “Louisiana Hot & Spicy Chicken” offering).

This is the brands’ first foray into noodles, it appears, as its previously been focused on popcorn, chips, and puffs. The noodles will be “the go to snack after you get home from the club” E-40 (whose given name is Earl Stevens) says. As Stevens turned 52 last week (his birthday is November 15), he’s probably acquired some first-hand knowledge of the best food to get into one’s stomach after a long night out.
