Cow Marlowe gets a refresh
Though it opened in November of 2018, Big Night Restaurant’s Cow Hollow restaurant is already getting a makeover. It’ll reopen August 22nd.
Donut Farm is moving to Jack London Square
Oakland’s vegan doughnut powerhouse is opening a new location in the former home of Chop Bar in Jack London Square (247 Fourth St) in August. At first its menu will be similar to the cafe food at its North Oakland location, then chang to a “fancier” version this winter, according to owner Josh Levine, who plans to add beer, wine, and liquor as well as larger menu of fresh, vegan fare. The North Oakland location will pare down to just doughnuts, but remain in operation (6037 San Pablo Ave).
