Ever since Kevin Kroger left his position as executive chef at Monk's Kettle, we've lost sleep over who's gonna replace him. Well, tonight we'll rest because we've got a name, and it's Colorado transplant Adam Dulye. Dulye, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New Hyde Park, has trained in kitchens all over the world. He earned his first executive chef post in Devil’s Thumb, a 5000 acre cross-country ski resort in Colorado. After Devil’s Thumb, he executive chef'ed (can you say that?) at Manor Vail Resort, where he became known for farm-to-table and craft-beer pairing. In both 2009 and 2010, Dulye worked with the Colorado Brewers Guild to take beer and food to Aspen Food and Wine. This bro obviously loves food and beer so hey, good fit! [EaterWire]
