The Bay Area has seen more and more dessert shops popping up, but nothing quite compares to ice cream made by hand, right in front of your eyes, within minutes. Thai-style rolled ice cream has made its way into the sweet teeth of Instagrammers and dessert lovers alike with it’s swirly good looks and special flavors. The unique presentation of this sweet treat is definitely an attention-grabber.

This Inner Sunset store took over long-time shop JJ Ice Cream earlier this year and has been a hit ever since. Lines are out the door most nights as customers pack in their ice cream with unlimited toppings. Yelpers say the wait can range anywhere from 20-40 minutes.
