The craziest weekend of the year is finally here

San Francisco’s best holiday is finally here. To celebrate, bars and restaurants around town are pulling out all the stops. Special cocktails and treats, parties, menus, parade-watching events, ice cream flavors, and more are popping up on every corner.

There’s too much to see, do, eat, and drink, so we’ve rounded up a few of the best snacks, drinks, and events for your enjoyment, along with some places that are just convenient stops along the parade route. Check out this guide to road closures, muni schedules, and parade routes from Curbed SF for a smooth experience. Happy Pride!

Finn Town is becoming Club Finn, from Thursday through Sunday, 10:30 p.m.- 2 a.m. There’ll be a rainbow carpet, red velvet ropes, and a big party going on inside. SF’s best drag queens will host the soiree, which features Pride-themed snacks (like meat on a stick), and rainbow cupcakes. There’ll also be liquored-up snow cones during regular service and movies like Brokeback Mountain and John Waters films on the bar TVs all weekend long.

From June 23- June 25, snatch up some of Three Twins’ famed pride flavors, which include Bear Bait, Brownie Batter Hunk, 2 Tops Don’t Make a Bottom, Banana Hammock and so many more. Buy a cone and get a pint for $4.

Pulled Pork Pride Benefit at Pilsner Inn

It’s a beer party with carnitas as the centerpiece. It’s sponsored by the Bay Guardian, San Francisco Bay Guardian, the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club and 48 Hills. Carnitas will be from the universally beloved Casa Sanchez SF, making it probably one of the best pride feasts around.

Pride Happy Hours at Media Noche

Media Noche is hosting a special Pride happy hour on Saturday, June 24 and Sunday June 25 from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. Get in there for $6 Midnight mimosas made with guava and Meyer lemon agua fresca, $6 glasses of rosé, and Stillwater Yacht Lager for $4.50.

Head over to Cala after the parade for rainbow tacos and a special, boozy punch.

Glamour Shots/Pride Kick Off Party at Virgil's Sea Room

Head over for this rad party on June 22, with DJs Ms. Jackson, DJ OLGA T, and Jamila Afrika. There’ll be lots of art from local photographers and artists projected on the back patio. It goes from 9 p.m.- 2 a.m., $5 at the door.

Head to the best roof in the Mission for El Orgullo, a special cocktail called El Orgullo, available Wednesday through Sunday only. All proceeds from the cocktail will go to the ALRP.

This new TL bao spot is throwing down some serious parties for pride. For two nights the restaurant will host a drag dance party, with lots of booze and bao. Tickets are available here.

It’s a good place to find a moment’s respite from the parade. Refuel with the Summer Wink cocktail made with honey, grapefruit, and tequila. Plus $2 from each cocktail sold will benefit GLAAD.

Snag a wristband for $25 and you’ll get access to Bluestem’s prime parade-watching rooftop, and two cocktails, including The Green lantern, made with pisco, basil, black pepper, and a sugar/salt rim. There’s also a pride popsicle, the Tutti Fruity, with strawberry, orange, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, and blackberry; served on a bed of rainbow sprinkles.

In honor of pride, SoMa’s new dumpling destination is offering up some of the most colorful “rainBAOs” in town. They’ll be available throughout the month of June. Here are what’s in them:

Red: beet and taro

White: egg custard

Green: green tea and coconut milk

Blue: sesame seed paste

Purple: sweet red bean

Yellow: cured and sweetened egg yolk
