Hot dogs and sausages are a summertime staple, and the city offers everything from German bratwurst to artisan sausages to classic dogs complete with yellow mustard squiggles. Topped with sauerkraut, drenched in ketchup, smothered in onions, or covered with relish, sausages are the unsung heroes of the season.
