Just admit it, San Francisco: you've got weiners on the mind. Hot dogs and sausages are a summertime staple, and the city offers everything from German bratwurst to artisan sausages to classic dogs complete with yellow mustard squiggles. Topped with sauerkraut, drenched in ketchup, smothered in onions, or covered with relish, sausages are the unsung heroes of the season. Although we can't decide which dog is the hottest, here are our picks for best sausages and hot dogs the city over.
